Few weeks after my decision to leave Ireland the 3rd of April, I got two offers:

• blue pill: a brand new 4 months project here in Hibe*ni*n. Keep going with the same software architect and team manager roles + a new senior developer in the team, same (high) daily rate, same beautiful environment. Live in Dublin.
• red pill: work with few ex-Vision guys on a life insurance project. Come back to a full-time Java developer role, daily rate 50% less, complete flexibility about working location (different timezone is a plus!). Live where I would like to live

Today at lunch I had the “2nd interview” for the developer opportunity and this evening my manager asked me again to stay and he disclosed this new project.
