Bad news: between yesterday and today both the Italian

were kicked out of the Rugby world cup!

Canadian Dolphins

The good news is: I joined the Canadian Dolphins Master

we made the first training last Thursday and it will be a twice week appointment. The bad news is: the people who work in our pool are on strike and there’s no end date for it. In the meanwhile we’re swimming in North Vancouver so I have to ride my bike 90 minutes to go there and 90 minutes back… so, if, after that, I eat 300gr pasta with a 4/5 eggs carbonara sauce, you understand why. BTW the training is 90 minutes in a beautiful summer pool (outdoor) with a great view of the Grouse mountain!
