Work Holiday Visa

Never trust anpost + posteItaliane! I don’t know what’s wrong but every time I send something to Italy or I’m expecting something from Italy something goes wrong. I sent more than 2 weeks ago the documents to apply for the Working Holiday Program Canada-Italy using the air mail. The man at the post office said that it needs less than one week to be delivered. B******t!

The number of available Visas for the 2007 is 400 and on Monday only 200 were left so I decide to send home via DHL all the forms / photos / documentation. For €76 everything was delivered in less then 15 hours! Yesterday afternoon my parents went to Rome and they stayed in a hotel close to the Embassy in order to be the first at the morning opening today.

After 15 minutes they left the Embassy with my Visa! Brilliant!

Back to Bologna my brother scanned and send it by email:

Dear Sir/Madam,
Your application to work in Canada has been approved. You may now travel to Canada
[...]

So (72.4 billion / 365 ) / 24 = 8 264 840.18 $/hour
